Employment law and labour conflicts

We have considerable and long-term experience providing legal advice on the aspects of the employment law, both to employers and employees. We provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of employment contract conclusion and termination. We represent Clients in labour conflicts, both in court and out of court. We also provide comprehensive assistance during inspections carried out by the State Labour Inspection and we advise on preparation of accident reports.

Apart from the advisory services, Berger Legal also prepares internal bylaws such as the employee handbooks, pay rules, Social Benefit Fund Regulations, terms and conditions of company car use. We prepare various internal procedures (such as procedures in the event of accident at work, procedures for dealing with a drunk employee). We also represent employers in relations with labour unions.

Our services also include occupational safety and health consultancy, including the review of employees’ compliance with the OSH regulations (hazards in the workplace, keeping the required registers, hazardous jobs) and preparation of safety and health procedures in the workplace.
