Advocate
An advocate, the founder of Berger Legal, a graduate of the Faculties of Law and Administration and Social Sciences of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He also completed studies at Scuola di Diritto Italiano ed Europeo administered jointly by the Faculties of Law of the Warsaw University and the University of Catania. An expert in the field of employment law, corporate law, contract law and procedural law.
He has considerable and long-term experience preparing international and domestic commercial contracts and agreements, including contracts in the IT, new technologies and automotive sectors. He provides comprehensive services to Polish and foreign businesses, and advice to entrepreneurs opening their businesses in Poland. He has provided advice to enterprises undergoing transformations and mergers, including cross-border mergers. He provides ongoing advice and consultancy in the area of employment law.
An author of publications in the field of commercial and business law as well as employment law.

An advocate, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice, a scholarship holder.
She specializes in matters relating to labour law, personal data protection as well as issues related to legal services for business entities. In her professional practice, in particular, she provides ongoing legal advisory for HR departments, advises on the implementation of personal data protection regulations (GDPR), draws up and reviews commercial contracts as well as participates in their negotiation.
She began acquiring her professional experience already as a student practising in legal advisors and attorney's law firms and in an international law firm - CMS Cameron McKenna in Warsaw, Real Estate and Construction Department as well as by providing legal assistance as a volunteer at the Crime Victim Help Centre.
